个人简介:
卢明辉,男,1979年10月生,南京大学现代工程与应用科学学院材料科学与工程系教授,博士生导师,南京大学登峰人才B计划入选者,曾在斯坦福大学先进材料与能源研究所进行访学和合作研究。2010年获得全国百篇优秀博士论文奖励,同年入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”,2013年入选“国家特支计划中组部首批青年拔尖人才计划”。2014年获批“江苏省杰出青年基金”项目,并入选南京市“321创新人才计划”;现为中国声学学会物理声学委员。

研究领域为材料物理与化学,研究方向是人工微结构材料和凝聚态光电功能材料以及器件的设计和制备,氧化物薄膜多层膜、介电体超晶格的表征和物理性能的研究。从2004年至今研究主要集中在人工带隙材料及其微结构器件。从理论和实验上研究了人工带隙材料中光波和声波的传播规律,发现了声波的负折射、回波负折射、声波的双负折射现象以及亚波长声波异常透射现象,并成功地实现了超声波的可调谐负折射成像。在国际核心期刊(SCI)上发表论文80篇,学术论文被国际国内同行引用1584次,其中他引1516次, H-index为18。发表文章包括Nature Mater. 2篇, Science 1篇,Phys. Rev. Lett. 4 篇,Mater. Today 1篇, Phys. Rev. B, 3 篇, Appl. Phys. Lett. 8篇, J. Appl. Phys. 6篇。其中研究成果“在声子晶体中实现声波双负折射”入选2007年度中国基础研究十大新闻。此外我和实验室的合作者一起一共申请了5项发明专利,包括一项美国专利,并获得一项专利授权。 目前为APS,AIP,NL,Sci. Rep等学术期刊的杂志审稿人。
