个人简介
1997年毕业于南开大学物理系,获学士学位。2000、2003年毕业于于南京大学材料科学与工程系,分别获得硕士、博士学位。2006年5月到2007年8月,德国Technical University Darmstadt洪堡博士后。

研究领域包括ABO3型钙钛矿氧化物的陶瓷、薄膜、多层膜以及薄膜超晶格的制备、结构和电、磁性质。在国际核心刊物(Nat.Commun., Adv.Mater., Acta Mater., Appl.Phys.Lett.等)上发表论文120余篇,论文被国内外同行他引2100余次,H因子24。获得授权中国发明专利6项。作为第三完成人,获得2013年度教育部自然科学一等奖;曾经获得全国优秀博士学位论文提名奖(2005年);入选教育部新世纪优秀人才计划(2008年)。
