个人简介:

阮刚教授先后 在哈尔滨工程大学和天津大学(导师:王亚权教授)获化学工程学士和硕士学位。从博士研究(the National University of Singapore, 导师:冯思慎教授)起进入生物纳米科技领域。先后在Emory University & Georgia Institute of Technology(导师:聂书明教授)和the Ohio State University(导师:Prof. Jessica Winter)从事博士后研究。最近在the Ohio State University担任研究科学家和项目负责人(Research Scientist and Principal Investigator)职务。于2012年入选中组部国家青年千人计划,2013年3月正式加入南京大学新成立的现代工学院生物医学工程系任教授。阮刚教授团队通过在以下方向的研究,致力于推动生物纳米技术领域的发展。  1.新一代纳米生物材料的开发  2.纳米结构与生物系统相互作用的基础研究  3.纳米技术的生物医学应用。阮刚教授在生物纳米科技领域已作出多项有重大影响的工作,如:(1)连续变色的荧光纳米颗粒,(2)纳米传送带技术, (3) 纳米复合颗粒在生物检测、生物成像、生物调控等方面的应用, (4) 量子点在活细胞内部的运动规律研究。共发表论文约30篇,其中多篇论文发表在国际高层次期刊上(如Journal of the American Chemical Society, Nano Letters, Biomaterials, Journal of Controlled Release)。论文总被引用(绝大多数属他引)次数近1000次(单篇最高引用次数约350次)。工作成果被多家国际媒体如 Science Daily, Scientific American, Nanotechnology Now, Popular Science, R&D Magazine报道 (包括Nanowerk 和Imaging & Microscopy上作为亮点报道)。所发表论文曾被三家国际主要科技刊物或数据库评为”Hottest Paper”或类似称号。在高水平国际会议和高等院校作受邀学术报告近十次,多次撰写受邀综述论文和教材,为多种国际期刊(如Chemical Society Reviews,Nature Communications, ACS Nano)审稿, 曾担任高水平国际会议Society for Biomaterials Annual Meeting的分会共同主持人和American Institute of Chemical Engineers Annual Meeting奖励的评委。获National Science Foundation (USA), State of Ohio, Institute for Materials Research (the Ohio State University)的多项基金资助(作为子课题负责人co-PI)。在技术产业化方面,有多项美国专利申请; 共同创立高科技起步公司Core Quantum Technologies Inc.; 获Fisher Business Plan Competition 冠军; 获Ohio州的 3rd Frontier program,US National Science Foundation的Innovation Corps program和Small Business Innovation Research program奖励资助和私人风险投资进行产业化开发。美国Baltimore市著名社会公益创业孵化器顾问。
