半导体光电子材料与器件、太阳能电池(钙钛矿、硅基、新型光伏材料)、光电探测器件、发光与显示器件、太阳能转换与存储。    

个人简介:

海仁,教授,子工程博士,入2017年青年千人划,19868月生于江西州。2008年和2011年分从中南大学和中科院半体研究所得本科和士学位,20159月从荷夫特理工大学(TU Delft) 得博士学位(Cum Laude)。博士期主要从事高效多薄膜硅太阳能池的研究,得了世界最高初始效率的非晶硅/微晶硅叠层电池。2014年在瑞士洛桑邦理工大学Christophe Ballif教授的光伏实验行了3个月的访问研究。201510入多多大学子与算机工程系Edward H. Sargent教授课题组从事博士后研究工作,主要研究为钙钛矿太阳能池的界面缺陷化以及高效平面异质结池的设计造了平面钙钛矿电认证效率的世界纪录(小面效率20.1%,大面效率19.5%)。近年来在光伏域以第一或通作者在Science  Advanced Materials  Nano Letters  Progress in Photovoltaics 等期刊表学术论10余篇;参与胶体量子点太阳能池、钙钛矿发光二极管以及太阳能燃料等方向的研究。TU Delft 秀博士文(Cum Laude)、科学研究组织NWO助的Rubicon博士后学金、2013年国家秀自留学生学金、2014年世界光伏会青年科学家2017MRS秋季会最佳海报奖
