  姚颖方,1981年7月出生于江苏省扬州市,2011年12月毕业于美国北卡罗来纳州立大学,获工学博士学位。现任南京大学副教授。从事太阳能相关的光、电催化物质与能量转换材料与系统的设计、制备、反应机理及应用基础的研究。主要包括:1、过渡金属离子调控石墨烯电催化材料结构及机理研究; 2 、光催化材料的新机理、新应用研究;3 、新型物质与能量转换过程研究。发表Adv. Mater. 、Adv. Energy Mater. 、Energy Environ. Sci. 、Nano Energy 、Chem. Commun. 、Electrochem. Commun. ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces 等SCI 论文45 篇,参与出版学术专著1部,论文他引次数共1100余次,H 因子19 。主持过多项国家和省部级科研项目,申请中国发明专利10项,授权4项。
