个人简介:

2012年6月南京大学电子科学与工程学院博士毕业,随后在现代工程与应用科学学院先后任助理研究员(期间在瑞典皇家工学院访问研究)、副研究员和副教授[u1]。研究兴趣主要集中在面向大容量光通讯和光互联的大规模光子集成芯片,包括DFB半导体激光器以及多波长阵列发射芯片、模分复用光集成芯片应用。主持科技部重点研发计划专项、国家自然科学基金(面上)、国家自然科学基金(青年);江苏省自然科学基金(青年)等项目;同时作为学术骨干参与国家“863”计划项目和国家自然科学基金重点项目等多项。近年来在OpticsLetters、OpticsExpress、IEEEJournal of Selected Topics of Quantum Electronics以及IEEEPhotonics Technology Letters等光电信息领域国际重要学术期刊发表或合作发表SCI检索论文60余篇;授权或申请专利11项,其中授权美国专利一项,一项专利在2012年被收录为江苏省百件优质专利名录。

研究兴趣:

随着互联网、智能网络等快速发展,近年通讯容量曾爆炸式增长。而承载这个网络的基础是光通讯系统。这对用于光网络的信息光电子器件提出了越来越高的要求。目前的分立器件已愈加难于支撑现有的网络,光子集成芯片将是未来的必然技术趋势。本人集中在光子集成芯片的某些关键部分(比如半导体激光器、无源波导集成芯片等)展开了一序列深入研究。

目前已经在DFB半导体激光器以及阵列等方面取得了突破性成果。实验得到了波长数和波长精度都具有世界纪录的结果。另外,在二维光栅片上光调控、模分复用光子芯片等方面也提出了一序列新想法。同时也致力于光子集成芯片技术的产业化,希望研究的光子集成芯片得到实际的应用。
