陈延峰,男,汉族,1963年6月出生于云南曲靖市,籍贯四川开江,中国共产党党员,材料物理、无机非金属材料、人工带隙材料专家,南京大学材料科学与工程系教授,固体微结构国家重点实验室主任,杰青、长江,科技部 973 计划、国家重点研发计划首席科学家,国家自然科学基金委重点项目、重大项目、创新研究群体项目负责人。 陈延峰于 1980 年-1990 年就读于西北工业大学材料科学与工程系铸造专业,先后获得学士(1984)、硕士(1987)、博士(1990)学位;1990 年-1993 年,南京大学博士后;1993年任南京大学副教授,1997 年教授;1995 年-2012年任南京大学材料科学与工程系系主任;2012年-2014年任南京大学现代工程与应用科学学院常务副院长;2014 年迄今,任南京大学固体微结构物理国家重点实验室/全国重点实验室主任。 陈延峰长期从事声学材料新原理探索、声学超材料及声探测器技术应用研究。在包括Science、Nature 及其子刊、Phys. Rev. Le,、NSR 等国内外期刊发表 SCI论文 300 余篇,入选 2024 年度科睿唯安“全球高被引科学家”名单;获得授权中国专利 70 余件、美国专利2件,自主研发出系列低频宽带吸隔声学材料与全频段声探测仪器装备。获 2012-2013 年度中国物理学会“叶企孙物理奖”、2015 年国家自然科学二等奖(排名第一)。 2019年、2021年,两次进入中国科学院院士增选初步候选人名单(181 人、191 人名单)。 陈延峰率领团队长期从事声学材料新原理探索、声学超材料及声探测器技术应用研究。创新性地发展声学材料的微结构原理、突破了传统声学材料物理极限,实现了从“原理创新到技术发明到重大应用”的全链条。针对在工业和民生等领域中亟需解决的吸隔声降噪工程、高精度声成像等难题,应用新原理、新概念研制出低频宽带、轻薄强韧的新一代声学材料,为国产大飞机、新一代高速动车组、特高压变电装备等国家重大工程提供了形成不对称竞争优势的关键声学材料;自主研发出从低频到高频的声矢量探测阵列、声学相机系统、高精度激光测振仪和激光超声装备。相关材料与设备被数十家空天地海等国家重点单位、科研院所以及高科技企业采用。 1. 通过设计/剪裁声子晶体的能带,研制出超越传统声学材料的新型声功能材料和原型器件。发现了声波的负折射和双负折射效应,研制出平板聚焦的声超透镜原型器件,实现了超越衍射极限的声聚焦;提出了声单向传播的“波矢跃迁”新原理,发展出一种宽带、无阈值的新型声二极管原型器件;发现了声表面倏逝波其亚波长增强效应,为利用1/10波长乃至更小结构解决长期困扰声学领域的低频吸声难题提供了新原理。 2. 率先研制出声拓扑绝缘体,并将其推广到固体、表面波和三维材料体系,开拓了声拓扑材料研究的新方向。基于玻色子人工对称性调控,在通常认为不可能的经典波系统中首次构建了声 1/2 赝自旋和类费米子时间反演对称性,研制成功声拓扑绝缘体并观测到声量子自旋霍尔效应;进一步发展出基于弹性波、压电声表面的声拓扑材料和原型器件,包括全固态单向拓扑波导、分路器和谐振器,并在铌酸锂晶体表面制备出单片集成的声延迟线。 3. 基于新原理,发展出新一代声学材料,在国产大飞机、下一代高铁等重大工程中得到验证和应用。通过亚波长、能带、拓扑能带和二极管效应大幅度减小材料尺寸和重量;通过多尺寸单元的耦合实现宽带吸声;发展出人工智能算法的逆向设计理论,解决了工程化面临的材料加工成本控制问题,研制出具有颠覆性性能的低频宽带、轻薄强韧的新型声学材料。
4. 面向高精度声学测量需求,自主发展出10Hz到1GHz的全频段声振测量仪器和装备,并应用于重大工程中。打破了国外技术封锁,研制出超过现有MEMS传声器的低频宽带声矢量探测器(信噪比达80dB@1kHz),并基于此开发出声矢量探测阵列和声学相机;研制出国内首套超高频(>1GHz)、高精度(<0.3pm)激光测振仪,开发出非接触式、高分辨率(最高<3nm)激光超声无损检测商用装备,通过了**一级计量站计量和ISO9001认证。
相关成果发表SCI论文300余篇,包括Science、Nature及其子刊、PRL、PNAS、NSR、Adv. Mater.文章50余篇,以及Phys. Rev.系列、Appl. Phys. Lett.文章百余篇。总他引16000余次,入选2024年度科睿唯安“全球高被引科学家”。获得授权中国发明专利70余件,美国专利2件,形成自主知识产权体系,多项技术已转化为产品,专利转让经费超三千万元。被空天地海国家重点单位、科研院所、高等院校以及中国商飞、中车集团、国家电网、华为海思、比亚迪、蔚来汽车等数35家国内外高科技企业采用,实现了声学超材料在高端装备与重大工程中的应用落地,相关产品累计创造经济效益超1.5亿元。 截止 2024年5月,陈延峰已培养博士 40 余名、硕士 50 余名,其中获全国百篇优秀博士学位论文1篇、提名1篇,获江苏省优秀博士学位论文5篇、江苏省优秀硕士论文4篇。其中,入选国家杰青1名、入选海外高层次人才1名、四青人才8名。所培养的学生任教于美国宾夕法尼亚大学、上海交通大学、中国科技大学、哈尔滨工业大学、中山大学、西安交通大学、西北工业大学、国防科技大学、东南大学、南京大学、香港中文大学(深圳)等十余所国内外高校或科研机构。 陈延峰积极推动“苏州 中国声谷”建设项目落地,担任战略咨询专家。团队骨干卢明辉担任“苏州-中国声谷”创新主体国际声学产业技术研究院执行院长。围绕材料声学、信息声学等产业方向,引进顶尖创新人才,开展技术攻关和技术合作,助力金融资源集聚,建成了涵盖以建筑声学,材料声学、电声、声品质评价为主要业务的“声学检验检测中心”。协助地方政府引进南智芯材、长城诺博音响等多个声学产创项目,总投资超270 亿元。 学术兼职
