研究领域

长期从事新型光伏材料与器件的研究工作,包括钙钛矿太阳能电池、硅基太阳能电池及新型高效低成本叠层太阳能电池,钙钛矿电池的世界纪录效率多次被业界权威的“Solar cell efficiency tables”收录。在Science、Nature、Nature Energy、Adv. Mater.等学术期刊发表论文100余篇,引用2万余次,连续多年入选科睿唯安“全球高被引科学家”, 成果入选“中国科学十大进展”、 “中国光学十大进展”、“中国半导体十大研究进展”等。积极践行科研成果转化和技术产业化,创建钙钛矿电池产业化公司【仁烁光能(苏州)有限公司】,建立全球首条大面积全钙钛矿叠层电池研发线并投产150MW钙钛矿光伏量产线,推进新型钙钛矿光伏技术的产业化进程。详情请参看课题组网页:http://tanlab.org.cn/
