研究方向和主要成就

袁洪涛,南京大学教授,教育部长江学者特聘教授,香港求是基金会“求是杰出青年奖”获得者。袁洪涛2007中国科学院物理研究所薛其坤课题组获博士学位。毕业后在日本东北大学岩佐羲宏研究组开展博士后研究工作。2010-2012随岩佐研究组转至东京大学应用物理系和东京大学量子相电子研究中心,先后担任东京大学Research Associate和助理教授。2012年初入职斯坦福大学Cui YiHarold Hwang研究组,先后担任Research AssociateSLAC Associate Staff Scientist,从事二维量子体系物理特性的场效应调制的研究。2017年入选国家高层次人才计划,入职南京大学现代工程与应用科学学院教授,博士生导师。


袁洪涛是在新型场效应器件、新奇异质界面及低温物理/电子输运研究领域中非常活跃的科学工作者,尤其专注低维电子体系中场效应诱导的绝缘体-超导相变、顺磁-铁磁相变和自旋极化等奇异界面物理现象及其器件应用。研究兴趣集中在:界面电子学/光电子学,低维电子体系(电荷/自旋/轨道序)电场调控和量子输运。他的长期从事低维功能材料物态调控方面的研究,在探索功能材料维度、结构和性能之间的构效关系和物性调控上取得了系统的创新成果。


截止2025年6月,已发表文章150余篇,其中ScienceNature子刊30篇,包含2Science,12Nature Nanotechnology, 2Nature Materials, 1Nature Physics1Nature Electronics,10Nature Commun.和2篇Science Advances,以及6篇邀请综述,总引用15000余次,H-index为52。2018年被评为交叉领域高被引学者,10篇文章被评为高被引文章。袁洪涛教授2019年获得香港求是基金会“求是杰出青年学者奖”,2017年入选江苏特聘教授和江苏省双创人才,2020年入选了江苏省双创团队领军人才,2022年入选了教育部长江学者特聘教授。已授权国际国内专利18项。在包括美国物理学会年会、美国材料学会年会、美国电化学年会、国际铁磁和磁性材料大会年会上做邀请报告三十余次。为NatureNature MaterialsNature Nanotechnology等期刊的审稿人。
