1、本科生课程《量子力学》; 2、研究生课程《“AI+人工微结构材料”设计与应用实践》、《研究生专题培训》。 常年招收博士、硕士研究生。
研究领域

自主研制超快光声、激光超声、时域热反射谱、激光测振仪等光声检测精密仪器,开展功能材料的超快动力学表征研究,实施材料、器件、结构件的无损检测与原位监测应用。

(1)纳米尺度热输运与热声子学:基于时域热反射谱TDTR的微纳尺度热传导表征,人工微结构在“电-磁-力-热”多场耦合下的热输运与热声子调控,高功率集成器件的热管理表征与优化;

(2)功能材料的超快光声表征与应用:“光子-声子-电子-磁子”的超快动力学研究,皮秒激光超声/时域布里渊散射表征仪器,集成器件的高分辨表征与人工智能分析;

(3)激光超声无损检测与仪器:基于时空调制的内部缺陷和薄膜激光超声无损检测,服役环境下的激光超声原位在线监测,集成器件及封装的高精度无损检测,自研激光超声智能扫查机器人;

(4)自研声学与振动精密仪器:高频激光测振仪、干涉仪及振动模态分析仪器,声阵列、声像仪及声场表征仪器,矢量声学传感器及声探测仪器。
